All Elph Store products are handmade and will have slight imperfections and variations between them. This is to be embraced and treasured as each object has its own unique traits.
While we endeavor to have all products on our website in stock and ready to send, it is possible that some items may be out of stock when purchased. If this occurs we will contact you to organise the object being made to order, refunded or exchanged.
All goods will be shipped as soon as possible and will be sent via Australia Post. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to organise an alternative method of shipping prior to purchase.
In the unlikely event of any goods being damaged in transit, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to organise a replacement, partial or full refund.
Exchanges and Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will need to return the items to us in their original condition but excluding any shipping costs. Due to the size of our business, we are unable to refund the postage or cover the cost of shipping any returned goods back to us. We also cannot exchange purchases via post.
